SROS installers are issued per outlet through XENIOS onboarding. Reach out and we'll provision your outlet and send your installer along with its setup keys.
Already running SROS? You don't need this — your system updates itself automatically. This installer is only for setting up a new outlet.
What the PC needs.
SROS runs locally on the outlet's own machine — no monthly cloud fees, no dependence on a fast connection during service.

Download & run
Save the file, then right-click it and choose Run as administrator.
Enter outlet details
The setup wizard asks for your outlet code and cloud sync key — your XENIOS contact provides both.
Let it install
SROS sets up its database, server and POS, then registers as a Windows service that starts on its own.
Sign in & go live
Open the POS in your browser, sign in with the admin PIN shown at the end, and start taking orders.
Windows may show a security prompt
On first run, Windows SmartScreen can display “Windows protected your PC.” This is normal for newly-published software. Click More info, then Run anyway to continue.
