Book your demoQuestions about XENIOS SROS pricing.
Real questions from real operators — trial length, contracts, multi-outlet discounts, tier changes. If yours isn’t here, ping /contact.
- How is XENIOS SROS priced?
- SROS is billed as a monthly per-outlet subscription across three tiers — Starter, Growth and Enterprise. Starter covers POS, kitchen display, QR ordering, inventory and reports. Growth adds waiter PWA and KOT voice feedback. Enterprise is pay-per-feature: pick only the AI modules you need (dynamic pricing, SOP editor, image-to-inventory, etc.). Volume discounts kick in at 3+ outlets.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every tier ships with a 14-day free trial, no credit card up front. For hotels the trial is a full week including OTA channel-manager verification. We prefer trials over demos because the fastest way to tell if XENIOS fits your floor is to actually run a shift on it.
- Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
- No. All tiers are month-to-month. Annual billing gets you a two-month discount if you want to lock in, but there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can also switch tiers up or down whenever your operation changes.
- How does multi-outlet pricing work?
- Per-outlet pricing with automatic volume discounts. Cafe Deja Vu runs 4 outlets on one XENIOS instance with rolled-up reporting; the more outlets you add, the lower the per-outlet rate. Chains of 10+ outlets get bespoke Enterprise pricing — contact us for a quote.
- What is included in the Enterprise pay-per-feature model?
- Enterprise is deliberately empty by default. You pick the AI modules that make sense for your operation from a catalogue: waiter PWA, dynamic pricing engine, AI image → inventory item creation, KOT audio voice feedback (Hindi + English), SOP + recipe editor, and a few more. You only pay for what you turn on.
- Can I switch tiers or cancel later?
- Yes to both, with zero friction. Tier changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancellation gives you 30 days of read-only access to export everything — the full SQL dump, all reports, all customer data. Leaving XENIOS is a download, not a negotiation, so pricing decisions do not feel like lock-in.
